Processing, transfer and retention of personal data during the InterPASS initial assessment, and the applicant’s rights.
Data controller
The data controller is the business Halil İbrahim Yaldız (InterAX brand); Istanbul; Sultanbeyli Tax Office, Tax No. 9330653180. InterPASS is the visa consultancy brand of the same business.
What data is taken?
The preliminary assessment form collects name, phone number, email, destination, approximate travel date, travel purpose, application history, employment status and a short note written by the user. The first landing page, referring site and any UTM campaign tags may also be recorded to measure the source of the enquiry. The form does not include passport, bank statement, identity number or document-upload fields.
Processing purpose and return time
Information is used only to assess the enquiry, identify the suitable service, plan the first meeting and respond to the user. A response is targeted within one business day after submission. This is not a visa decision or appointment timeline.
Collection method and infrastructure
Information is sent from the InterPASS form to a secure endpoint on the same domain. After server-side validation, it is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and transferred to the private Google Sheet used only for InterPASS enquiries. The Google Apps Script address is not exposed to the browser. Data may therefore be processed abroad on Cloudflare and Google infrastructure.
Storage time and deletion
Form responses are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact date. If there is no ongoing service relationship, legal obligation or dispute, it will be deleted at the end of this period. Passport and application documents cannot be obtained through this first form.
Rights and application path
Requests for information, correction, deletion or other data-subject applications under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 may be submitted in writing to the data controller's Istanbul address in a way that enables identity verification.
Cascade calculator
Dates and selections entered into the Cascade tool are calculated only in the open browser tab. This information is not sent to the server or saved in cookies or local storage. There is no field to enter an ID or passport number.
Technical services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and fonts are served from the InterPASS domain. Cloudflare may process standard technical connection records under its own policy for operation and security. InterPASS does not use advertising, remarketing or profiling tools.

How is the total cost calculated?
The total depends on official fees, application-centre charges, insurance, translation, courier and travel costs, plus the chosen consultancy scope. Current official amounts and the service scope should be checked separately before payment.
How long does the application process take?
Appointment availability, destination, category, season and the authority's review time all affect the timeline. Plan backwards from the travel date and do not treat an indicative processing time as a guaranteed decision date.
Which conditions should I check first?
First confirm the correct visa category, competent application location, passport validity, travel purpose, funding and timeline. Then prepare only the documents required by the current official list and your circumstances.
Why can an application be refused?
Missing documents, inconsistent dates or statements, unexplained funds, the wrong category and an unclear travel purpose are common risks. Only the competent authority makes the decision.
