Privacy and data usage
Explanation about the processing and storage of personal data received in the InterPASS pre-evaluation form and the rights of the data subject.
Data controller
Data controller is InterAX.
What data is taken?
In the preliminary evaluation form, name and surname, phone number, optional e-mail, target country, approximate travel date, travel purpose, application history, employment status and a short description written by the user are taken. The form does not contain a passport, bank statement, identification number or file upload area.
Processing purpose and return time
The information is used only for the purpose of preliminary evaluation of the request, determining the appropriate service, planning the first meeting and returning to the user. Once the form is sent, a response is expected within one business day. This period is not a visa decision or appointment period.
Collecting method and Google services
Information is sent from the pre-evaluation form on the InterPASS site to the dedicated Google Apps Script registration link for this form and saved in the special Google Spreadsheet used only for InterPASS applications. The visitor is not directed to the Google Form screen. Due to these services, personal data may be processed in Google infrastructure and abroad. Mandatory checkbox on the form; It records that you have read this statement, that you accept the processing for the specified purposes and the international transfer that may occur due to the use of Google services.
Storage time and deletion
Form responses are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact date. If there is no ongoing service relationship, legal obligation or dispute, it will be deleted at the end of this period. Passport and application documents cannot be obtained through this first form.
Rights and application path
Information requests, corrections, deletions or other relevant person applications within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 can be forwarded to InterAX in a manner suitable for identity verification through the verified communication channel shared after the preliminary evaluation.
Cascade calculator
Dates and selections entered into the Cascade tool are calculated only in the open browser tab. This information is not sent to the server or saved in cookies or local storage. There is no field to enter an ID or passport number.
Technical services
The site is published on Cloudflare Pages and loads fonts through Google Fonts. These providers may process standard technical connection records within the scope of their own policies for the operation and security of the service. InterPASS does not use advertising, remarketing or user profiling tools.
